General Sessions
While the outward beauty of Ridgecrest's buildings blends snugly with the surrounding mountains, visitors are often surprised by the abundance and diversity of meeting space available for general sessions.
One of the classic and iconic buildings on Ridgecrest's grounds is Spilman Auditorium. Large events can save thousands of dollars by using this 2,100-seat facility with its advanced audiovisual and lighting equipment. Perfect for concerts, services or large corporate meetings, Spilman also provides guests a comfortable environment to worship and connect with God and with others.
On the opposite side of campus, Ridgecrest's ARC is the ideal location for large-group sessions with advanced audiovisual and lighting equipment, widescreen monitors, projection screens and a large stage—all complementing this versatile venue.
For medium-sized sessions, the inviting 214-seat Jim Henry Auditorium in Mountain Laurel Inn has tiered, theater-style seating and is fully equipped with a state-of-the-art computerized audio system and a dual-screen projection system. Located only a few steps from Mountain Laurel's hotel rooms, Jim Henry Auditorium is an ideal and convenient venue for business meetings, board of directors meetings and other conferences or seminars when a quiet atmosphere is desired.
Rutland Chapel, a warm, 250-seat padded-pew auditorium looks like a picture postcard, tucked among the maples and elms on one of Ridgecrest's highest points. This lovely wood and stone structure includes state-of-the-art sound and video capabilities, but you'll also enjoy the panoramic mountain beauty—including the occasional deer—visible through the windowed walls.

Meeting Space
The options for classroom meeting space at Ridgecrest offer meeting and event planners diversity, functionality and flexibility. Rooms in Mountain Laurel, Ivy and Spilman utilize partitions to provide various dimensions to meet the space needs of any sized gathering—meetings, teaching sessions, conferences or banquets and receptions. Ridgecrest’s professional AV staff works closely with meeting planners to make sure every presentation, session and meeting runs smoothly.

Our flagship 46,250 square foot meeting facility is located in the heart of Ridgecrest Conference Center. Beautiful Johnson Spring provides a variety of meeting options for your group, ranging from 5 to 23 meeting spaces with seating capacity from 12-720 guests.

The Rhododendron/Dogwood complex offers Rhododendron Auditorium with flexible seating for 320 people, an analog audio system and a 4’ x 3’ single-screen projection system. Connected to Rhododendron, just above the Dining Room, are the Dogwood meeting rooms. Fixed partitions can be used to vary dimensions from 2 to 7 rooms to meet your specific needs. These rooms are also popular for banquets and receptions.

Lambdin is a perfect venue when your group wants the freedom to create some great sound! Located behind the Spilman facilities, Lambin’s newly-remodeled interior, equipped with a digital audio system and widescreen format projection system, can be arranged with chair seating for 450 or used as open conference space. The facility also includes 4 to 5 adjacent breakout rooms. Tens of thousands of students recall fond memories made in Lambdin. Your group is about to make even more!
