Food Service

The main dining room at Ridgecrest is located on the lower level of Rhododendron, a centralized location on campus. Eight serving lines and round table seating accommodate large numbers of guests quickly and efficiently.

Ridgecrest also offers plenty of unique Catering and Banquet spaces as well as individual dining options like Clouds coffee shop, Centennial Eatery food court and Nibble Nook, our old-fashioned ice cream counter and candy shop - a summer favorite.

Group Dining
Ridgecrest's dining room is centrally located within the Rhododendron Hall assuring attendees a very short walk from virtually every lodging venue. The dining room includes eight serving lines to accommodate large groups quickly and efficiently.

Catered Functions & Banquets
While the dining room does an excellent job managing large groups efficiently, Ridgecrest also excels in designing custom banquets for a more intimate atmosphere. The event catering staff enjoys working with meeting planners to customize each banquet to meet specific needs.

Catered breaks and fellowships are also available to keep conferees refreshed throughout their event or meeting.
